1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ju99 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the ju99 website, mobile browser interface, and all related products and services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and virtual sports (collectively, the "Services").

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of ju99 Services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your own name.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point (including during verification processes) is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any detail changes. ju99 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one ju99 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ju99 will close all but the earliest-created account, void any bonus funds across all accounts, and may confiscate winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify ju99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat. ju99 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ju99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before bonus-derived balances become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balances may be withdrawn independently at any time, subject to verification status.
• ju99 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on banking hours and the receiving institution.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on ju99 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ju99 does not accept deposits in or process withdrawals to foreign currency accounts.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ju99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers (including BPL season promotions, Eid bonuses, and Pohela Boishakh campaigns). Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on certain game categories (such as live dealer games or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ju99 monitors bonus usage for irregular patterns. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and systematically targeting low-house-edge games during bonus wagering. Where bonus abuse is detected, ju99 reserves the right to void the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to check the expiry conditions of any bonus you claim.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on ju99 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. ju99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, where a market has been suspended, or where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet. ju99 offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned before the minimum scheduled play required for settlement purposes, the market being settled in error, or the bet being placed after an event has already concluded. Void bets are refunded to your account balance at the original stake amount.

6.4 Settlement Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the ju99 support team within 48 hours of the event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. The decision of ju99's Trading team regarding settlement disputes is final, subject to the escalation procedure described in Section 15.

7 Casino & Slot Games

7.1 Game Providers

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ju99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information
• Creating more than one account on the Platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting errors in odds, game rules, or platform software (commonly referred to as "glitch abuse")
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by ju99

ju99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where account security is at risk, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

9.2 Suspension During Investigation

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. ju99 aims to complete standard investigations within ten (10) business days. Complex cases may take longer, and you will be informed of the expected timeline by the support team.

9.3 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ju99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed. If closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, ju99's responsible gaming team will discuss available options including self-exclusion and cooling-off periods before processing the closure request.

9.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all unused bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ju99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ju99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ju99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

ju99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. ju99 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by ju99 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, ju99 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. 14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming law as applied in the context of international platform operations. Disputes shall first be addressed through the ju99 internal complaints procedure described in Section 15. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ju99 does not seek to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
